In the seventh and last chakra lies enlightenment and happy and blessed is the fortunate human being who is able to reach this stage. Here we leave the world of shadows behind, stripping the real from the unreal.
In this realm there is no room for fear, temptation or imperfection of any kind, for they have all been transcended. One of the signs that a person has reached stage seven is the complete absence of any desire for retaliation when wronged by anyone. A person hands all his choices over to God, and then having done so, whatever way the Spirit moves him to act proves to be the right action because it is performed by the indwelling Divinity.
Another characteristic of the enlightened one is that there is no desire in particular. Each day is lived as it comes - everything is accepted. The thing considered the most important is simply to BE. This proves to be a most blissful state to be in, in spite of the fact that the greatest mystics are still subject to the needs of ordinary daily living.
Here, belief in materialism vanishes without a trace. It is unacceptable, because it doesn't tally with miracles witnessed by many, nor out-of-body experiences or answered prayers, and certainly not the discovery of the quantum world which is beyond the ordinary laws of physics, and personal spiritual experience, or merging into the light or hearing god's voice, or witnessing visions. All these can be brought on by one's religious practices and spiritual attitude.
In this chakra , there are no divisions between body, mind and spirit as they are removed. There is separation only in the world of duality, not in the world of reality. Illusion comes from a false sense of duality. Things that seem totally different become transformed into one another. The most concrete example that springs to mind is water that can turn to hard blocks of ice, or vanish as vapour into thin air. Even flesh can turn I to spirit or pure energy. A hand looked at under a microscope is seen as gyrating particles of light. As scientists have discovered, matter can turn into energy, and energy can turn into matter.
Luckily for us, duality does not possess the force to hold together for ever. All pleasure comes to an end - all pain comes to an end. All sleep ends in awakening and the only real thing that remains when the state of opposites is voluntarily brushed aside is "Sat, chit, ananda", Sanskrit for eternal blissful consciousness of the Truth.
At the end of our temporary life, eternity awaits us, and all the ephemeral pleasures are replaced by eternal, blissful consciousness, and after this long sleep we are undergoing in the world of illusion we at long last awaken to Reality.
All this can be experienced even while still alive and still in the physical body, by anyone fortunate enough through sustained meditation practice and the cultivation of pure thoughts and an attitude of love to all things living, to have reached the Crown Chakra. This is the kingdom of heaven within. This is God-Realisation, the be-all and end-all of our life on earth. We are all programmed to get there one day, just as all caterpillars are all programmed to become butterflies one day. How quickly one reaches the ultimate goal depends entirely on the effort each individual puts into his or her advancement on the spiritual journey.
This is the Transcendent World - and the only way or the easiest and surest way to transcend is by the practice of meditation.
The letters between him and the Rabbi - in "Confessions" are tinged with religion. The whole religious view of life they touch upon - shows that neither the Rabbi nor Uri, have the slightest inkling of the sephirot in the Kabbalistic tree of life, whereby the soul progresses from Yessod (The foundation) to the Keter (The Crown Chakra) till it merges with the Godhead - nor of the equivalent journey depicted by the progress of the Soul through the chakra s - (though using Sanskrit terminology) i.e. from Manipur chakra (Yessod) to the Sahasrar or crown chakra at the top of the head (Keter).
So, this utterly blissful, all powerful, omniscient state is definitely beyond Uri's reach until such time as he reaches out for the proper guide and practices that will finally unleash his trapped Kundalini and allow her to reach her destination. Though he doesn't know it, he is on the razor's edge that Somerset Maugham was describing in his book of the same title. Uri could topple over the edge into the abyss of no return - to spend numerous more life times climbing back to the point he's at now - or he can land on the other side into the heavenly ecstatic realm of mystic union. Only he can decide which way he wants to go. Until now he was completely unaware of the state of affairs taking place within him. Now he knows - and because he knows - he can choose to take step 6 in the right direction. The choice is his.
To reach the seventh chakra and live in a state of transcendence - an adept has to place his priorities in order, take stock of his life and break free from the grip of ego, give up all the ego games and desires that stem from ego.
It is quite possible to test oneself to find our whether there are any traces of ego left. One of the main characteristics of the ego - gripped person is the expression of anger. One who has no ego - does not get angry. If we respond to insult, loss, or someone else's wrong doing - whether real of imagined, with anger we still have traces of ego in our make up and ego can never have entry into the holy of holies. Egoism is imperfection and imperfection cannot be allowed into the realm of Perfection - for imperfection would pollute Perfection and Perfection would no longer be Perfection.
The ultimate sacrifice or crucifixion - is for ego to disappear willingly through self obliteration - Actually the moment ego agrees to let go - it is transformed into the Higher Self as it merges with it and no longer constitutes the hindrance it used to be.
Uri, at this stage in his evolution, exhibits a great deal of anger. Even the smallest disagreement, or hint of criticism, or inaccurate newspaper reporting or of anyone using his name (as in the current Pokemon affair - Japan) sends Uri pacing up and down in paroxysms of anger. He makes sure you know he's angry very vociferously and eloquently -then relates the events to anyone lending him a listening ear. One would expect a man of his Kundalini advancement to consider all these worldly grievances as inconsequential piffle and deal with them by ignoring them completely and transcending them - and dedicating his time to more important matters.
All of this does not mean that enlightenment in this lifetime is beyond his reach, quite the contrary, he seems to be in the very blessed and fortunate position of being half way there already. It is almost certain, that as soon as he decides to give serious attention to and take interest in these matters, that he will reach the desired goal far more speedily than all the thousands of struggling humans striving for enlightenment would.
So, as things stand at the moment, the signs are that Uri possesses qualities pertaining to almost every chakra and every stage of consciousness, except for the crown Located consciousness, until he decides that the time has come for him to take matters in hand and face about turn towards the return journey home. At this stage in his life it should be easy for him since he does not need to fight for survival physically - He just needs to mend what needs rectifying, become more silent and inward looking and bring about the completion of the process of enlightenment since he is half way there already.
Of course, if he doesn't want it and doesn't take steps towards completion and fulfilment - it will never happen, and the world will watch him grow old, impotent, embittered and discontented - just like any other cursed member of the human race - in spite of his fame - and all the money he has collected could not save him from the pit of oblivion.
